SweepShark Terms & Conditions — Sweepstakes AMOE Rules

Player Agreement Overview

This page contains SweepShark’s Terms and Conditions, the legal agreement governing your use of SweepShark’s free-to-play sweepstakes platform. By creating an account, browsing the games, or otherwise using SweepShark’s site or apps, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. No purchase necessary to play or win: every game on SweepShark can be played using free Gold Coins, and Sweeps Coins can also be obtained without any purchase through the Alternative Method of Entry described later in this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, including the AMOE rules explained in the sections below, you should not create an account or use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and anyone who accesses SweepShark’s promotions, games, or support channels. They work together with SweepShark’s Privacy Policy and any posted promotional rules, all of which are incorporated by reference. The Company may update these terms periodically to reflect new features, regulatory changes, or operational needs, and continued use of SweepShark after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, your account, or your use of SweepShark shall be resolved through individual, binding arbitration rather than in court, except where applicable law prohibits mandatory arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under the rules of a recognized arbitration organization, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties, subject to limited judicial review.

You and SweepShark’s operating entity each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. This class-action waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any portion of this arbitration clause is found unenforceable, the remainder of the clause and these terms will continue in full force.

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

To use SweepShark, you must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required in your state, if higher), and you must be a legal resident of the United States. Eligibility may be restricted in certain states or territories, so you are responsible for confirming that participation is permitted where you live before creating an account or requesting a Sweeps Coins redemption.

By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, that you are not accessing SweepShark from a jurisdiction where sweepstakes-style promotions are restricted, and that you are not a person barred from participating under company policy, such as an employee of the Company or an immediate family member of one. Understanding the AMOE rules described in these terms is part of confirming your eligibility, since every player, regardless of purchase history, has an equal path to enter and redeem prizes.

SweepShark reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time, including before processing a redemption request, and may suspend an account until verification is complete. Sweepstakes void where prohibited: where local law bars this type of promotion entirely, SweepShark will not knowingly offer Sweeps Coins redemption to residents of that jurisdiction.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC) are licensed virtual items made available for use solely within SweepShark’s platform; they are not property, currency, or securities, and this agreement grants you only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them for game play. Gold Coins have no cash value under any circumstance, cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes, and exist purely to let you play games for entertainment.

Sweeps Coins are a promotional currency that may be redeemable for cash prizes or other rewards where legally permitted, subject to the redemption rules, minimum thresholds, and verification steps posted on the platform. Both coin types remain the property of the Company at all times, may not be sold, transferred, bartered, or pledged to another person, and may be adjusted, suspended, or removed from an account found to violate these terms.

Because SweepShark operates as a sweepstakes promotion rather than as real-money gambling, no payment is required to receive an opportunity to win, and the license to use GC and SC does not constitute a purchase, wager, or deposit of any kind.

Account Security and Profile Administration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it. You must notify SweepShark promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, a compromised password, or any other security issue affecting your profile.

Each individual may register and maintain only one SweepShark account. You agree to keep your profile information, including your name, address, date of birth, and payment or redemption details, current and accurate, and the Company may suspend an account where information cannot be verified. SweepShark is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

You may not use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, false identities, stolen payment methods, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate game outcomes, or abuse promotional offers, including the AMOE rules that provide a free path to Sweeps Coins. Any attempt to defraud the platform, collude with other players, or exploit a software error will result in forfeiture of associated coins and may lead to permanent account termination.

Prohibited activity also includes submitting fraudulent Alternative Method of Entry requests, creating duplicate accounts to receive multiple free entries, chargebacks made in bad faith, and using automated tools to interact with the site. SweepShark may withhold a redemption, close an account, and pursue legal remedies where fraud, abuse, or a violation of applicable law is reasonably suspected.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All software, graphics, game designs, trademarks, logos, and other content made available through SweepShark are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

If you submit feedback, reviews, forum posts, or other contributions to SweepShark, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform. You represent that any contribution you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

SweepShark’s games and services depend on third-party software, hosting, and network infrastructure, and outages, maintenance windows, or connectivity issues may occasionally interrupt play. The Company is not responsible for coins lost, game rounds interrupted, or delays in redemption processing caused by technical disruptions outside its reasonable control.

In the event of a verified software or reporting error affecting game results or account balances, SweepShark may void affected rounds, adjust balances, or take other corrective action it deems appropriate to restore accounts to their proper state. Continued technical issues with a specific game or feature may result in temporary or permanent removal of that game from the platform.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SweepShark, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost opportunities, lost data, or delays in prize fulfillment. The Company’s total liability for any claim relating to these terms or your account is limited to the value of unredeemed Sweeps Coins on your account at the time the claim arose, where permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SweepShark’s operating entity from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Termination and General Provisions

SweepShark may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or at the Company’s discretion where continued access poses a risk to the platform or other players. Upon termination, any unredeemed Gold Coins are forfeited without compensation, and pending Sweeps Coins redemptions may be reviewed before being honored.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Company’s operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the arbitration provisions above apply. If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect, and the Company’s failure to enforce a provision does not waive its right to do so later. This agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any posted promotional rules, represents the entire agreement between you and SweepShark regarding your use of the platform.
